Requested support on an item i needed to refund (the colour did not meet the description). Was ignored until I went to Twitter and asked, then someone asked me about tracking details for a label they never sent me. That’s the only communication from them that I have had. So I’m still waiting to return this product a month after my initial request. Nobody replies to my email enquiries. The products might be okay but I expect customer service to actually communicate with customers and permit returns as advertised on the website.
