I placed an order for 2 bottles of perfume, only received one. I sent an email over a week ago asking if I’d receive the second bottle separately. When I finally got a response from Sage, I was told it was out of stock and would I like a refund. I sent the photos that was asked of me. It’s been days since I’ve heard anything and even when I reply, it takes days for a response. I just want my money back for the item I didn’t receive and I will go away. The customer service is insanely bad. This should not take over a week to handle, and I will never deal with this company again. Do better Huda
