I placed an order and received the mini easy blur foundation when I ordered and paid for the full size. I do know this can happen so I sent them an email with a picture of the wrong product and of what I ordered and this is the respond I got “I can confirm that this is the full size of the foundation, as shown in the picture on the website”. Do the agents not know their products? how can they not make the difference between the 2 different sizes… I paid 53$ for full size 30ml and received the mini 10ml everything was clear I sent pictures and this situation is making me really mad you guys should review who you hire since your employees are unable to recognise a product… quite disappointing for a first order.
