Great customer service, but just bad quality shoes. I bought the ''WATTS SUEDE BLACK CHELSEA BOOT''. I sent them back because there were a lot of long suede strings on the front of the shoe. The second pair I receiver were worse than the first pair. The suede in the front clearly had a different shade of black than the suede in the back. The suede is glued inappropiately in the back. I was offered a 10% discount (ofc because they didnt want lose more money by letting me send them back again and get a new pair). I really like the design and this company has great customer service, but oh man the quality is bad.
