This service lacks integrity. They obtained my domain due to an oversight and somehow acquired my contract from the original provider. Now that they have my domain, which is my last name and Ventures, they are attempting to sell it for $11,000. They sent me an email claiming they legitimately purchased the domain, which might be true, but why is my ownership contract missing? I do have the invoice showing that someone was involved in deleting the ownership record.
