Apppalling customer service. I received a christmas gift from a comany we have a contract with. Ordered this gift via Huggg. This order was subsequently despatched (by a third party on Huggg's behalf) however the courier company lied about delvery then subsequently decalred the parcel lost. I recieved no communication about this from the courier, the third party or Huggg. Tried contacting both courier and third party (no response) so contacted Huggg. Had a response from Huggg (Jasmine) to let me know that they would chase and keep me informed. 5 days later i get an email from Huggs support saying all wrapped up, effectively closing the ticket. So much for the chasing this and keeping me informed hey? Thanks JasmineMy take away... Huggg are not really poeple who are bothered about the recipients of the gift...I shall be letting our contract colleagues know as I am sure they will be sad to see their customers being let down.
