Absolute disaster! Placed the order, got confirmation number and never received the order! For over two weeks I've been trying to contact the customer service, they only reply I get is "send the link" which I have already three times....getting absolutely nowhere and being completely ignored. Don't know what else I can do, this was a gift from a company , so I can only make sure our corporation never use Huggg again!
