Having used this service for I while now I was happy with it. But last time I went to redeem vouchers I was flicking through different stores and the page cut out. When I went back in it told me the store I chose was Iceland, I have never shopped there, my freezer is full, and my son has food allergies/intolerance that make shopping difficult. Company said couldn't do anything once voucher is chosen. Nearest Iceland is miles away. I've never seen Iceland as a choice before almost as if trying to get people to shop there! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
