UPDATE 01/16/2024Customer service contacted me and apologized for the situation. Color was wrongly named on their site (has been discontinued.) Full refund applied, and was told that I should keep the socks sent as a gift. --------------------I ordered two different colored sets of knee socks on 12/30/2023. One set was fine, second set was the wrong color. I've traded a dozen emails trying to return/exchange them, but it seems that I must, at my own expense, send the wrongly sent socks back to you, and I am still waiting for information or document enclosure for the return. I also have not been assured that the correct color is in fact available and will be sent to me.
