I tried to return my online order in their Glasgow branch on 25 June 2024. The shop assistants told me that there was an issue with the system, which meant they couldn’t find my orders, and offered to hand over my returns to UPS and I accepted their offer. Almost a month later, I haven’t received any news regarding my returns and my attempts at getting in touch with customer service have all been unsuccessful. Even companies a hundred times smaller than Hugo Boss offer much better customer experience than this joke they’re offering their customers.
