I purchased a pair of black jeans from Hugo Boss Westfield for my trip to Milan. The shop assistant forgot to remove the security tag (inside of leg) so I could not wear them. I returned them to the store and have been refunded. When I complained about the service I was told I had to email a complaint. I emailed twice and got no response. Tried phoning but no luck either.
