Absolutely horrible customer service.I sent a complaint after my sweaters shrank after only one wash under the recommended temperature and the customer service had me going around in circles for weeks, first asking for pictures of the articles, then for the invoices of the ones bought at the store. After this they tell me that the ones bought at the store need to be handled with the store directly... than why ask me for the invoices??After several email exchanges, they say I need to send the articles to them to analyze... than why ask for pictures.They also mention that since I live in Switzerland, they can't refund the articles and would only be able to give me store credit... but I bought in the Swiss site so it's really not my fault that they have to export from other countries.I have now been waiting for more than a week for an answer to my last email and to receive the labels to send back the articles. Disappointing that the quality of the product is so bad for sweaters that cost around to 200 CHF each, more disappointing that the customer service is so incompetent and their processes seem designed to make you give up on your claims. I was a long time Boss customer but now recommend other brands instead
