Ridiculous customer service for a brand of this notoriety. If I knew how bad they are at doing their job, I would have avoided placing an order with them.My parcel was sent to a Q Locker, but they sent me a code with a wrong number and now they can't send me the correct one after contacting them almost every day after.On 6th of July I called customer service at 15:36, so if you guys say that you record the call, listen to how bad the customer rep was. She kept clearing her throat while on call with the phone right next to her mouth, was humming while looking for my order and then told me that they cannot do something about it and that I have to call UPS. How about you offer to do that for me and help me out, since I placed the order with Hugo Boss, not UPS, and it's not my fault that something went wrong. Appalling person and you should train the customer service people better.
