Shocking Customer Service. Bought a Belt for £40.00 from their branch in York in May 2024. Buckle is not fit for purpose. Broke after couple of wears. Leather belt is now useless. I don't have the receipt as paid with cash and I don't usually keep clothing receipts for more than a month. Although I think this one was emailed me by the shop and never received.They don't seem to adhere to the Sales of goods consumer act - Within 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement once. If the item still doesn't work, you should get a full refund. The retailer has one chance to make the repair. I shall not be buying from them again. I have reported this to Watchdog. Have since contacted Hugo Boss again and never replied as told to fo below.
