absolutely dreadful online shopping experience. I ordered some items end of November and was notified it was sent via UPS but to date (2012/21) still no delivery. They have confirmed they are conducting an investigation but again this is now a financial burden to me.So I placed another order during black Friday sale and the box was delivered half open and items missing. Again they are investigating and i am yet to receive a refund for these items, again a financial burden on the consumer.So I still needed Christmas presents and thought I would place my 3rd order, arrived from Germany to the UK processing facility but has not arrived to me, so where is it? UPS cannot give anymore information than what is on the tracker and no one at Hugo Boss seems to care other than to re-iterate the tracking information which I can also read for myself.Overall appalling and disgusting consumer service, they take your money but offer no goods in return nor do they refund whilst the investigation is ongoing.My advice- do not buy from them directly. there are other retailers who sell these products and probably offer a better and quicker service.
