My item I purchased had a delayed delivery of 2-3 weeks. It was for a gift, so I would't have got it on time, so needed to cancel the order. They have shown appalling customer service with a mixture of automated responses, re-asking the same questions over and over, promising refunds for certain time periods, without it ever happening. I still not have got the refund or the item and it has been close to 3 months. Hard to believe a company like this is still operating. Be careful when purchasing from them.
