Absolutely awful!Bought my son some dickies jeans on the 01/05/25 for a school trip.Not advised they were out of stock.After multiple emails with their only member of staff it would seem I was told there was a back log… it’s been months now of back and forth being told the same thing. However I’ve officially asked for a refund as we also missed them to give to him for his birthday instead.. still nothing. After speaking to Jack who was annoyed I’d called him a chat bot, and promising me a refund in 7-10 days (back in June) I am still awaiting the refund.I have threatened trading standards and still I get the reply of having a back log and not even mentioning the refund he has promised me. They owe me £90 and have a massively disappointed son as we can’t afford to buy him another pair!AVOID at all costs, they’re absolute cowboys!Updates: 100 days later and after multiple threatening emails of going to trading standards I have finally received a refund. NEVER AGAIN
