I applied for a loan and savings account a while back, except from the email to upload documents and a hard search on my credit file. I have not had any response or communications from them. So I assume I was unsuccessful and in turn means denied a savings account. I like their idea of a community driven bank, but shame they don't communicate when you apply to them.
