I have used the Humanize AI, which appeared well written. Apparently I only needed a couple of paragraphs to be "Fixed". The tool reported by paper appeared 100% human written. I then used your new AI detection, using the exact same paper, I was totally shocked to find it reported Appeared 100% AI, which was simply wrong and impossible.
What has happened? Why could you product produce results at the extremes of the scale for the same work.
