Awful customer service. Completely unprofessional, and when I was assured my subscription would be canceled, I discovered it was only paused until a distant date. The representative misled me about the cancellation and failed to prevent further charges. Given that many customers may not use their full subscription allowance, a bit more empathy would help retain clients. I've never encountered this with any other subscription service. The product is quite costly for minimal benefit, and I've found other brands offering better value. Be cautious: you’re spending a lot without much in return.
