HFF appears at first to be a small outfit in the shadow of much larger prop firms. While that might be true (for example, the discord is relatively quiet), it doesn't represent their quality. Their team is pretty great. First, their Discord, where it seems like their support never sleeps. They provide comprehensive answers and are willing to discuss anything related to the product. Next is their support team. I can't express enough how thorough they are.Provided you pass the evaluation, they provide a thorough analysis of the trades to make sure it meets their criteria and follows their rules. The perk to this is that if you break a rule or fail, they can tell you exactly where it happened in detail so you have no question about how to fix it in the future.Finally, their customer service remedied a problem I had. There was a misunderstanding and the company took pretty much every step possible to remediate it with me.The fact that they're small and relatively unknown at this time shouldn't scare anyone. I'm convinced this is a prop firm that intends on being around for the long run and have the right people to do it.Give HFF a chance. I think they deserve it.
