I am concerned that the cost of Humbot.ai seems high, especially considering its apparent underperformance. The slow operation and limited functionality are certainly disheartening. I have contacted the support team to inquire about these issues and to explore the possibility of a refund, but unfortunately, I have not yet received a response.
