I purchased several Blueberry shampoo/conditioner combos. Love them but the conditioner bar is about half the size of the shampoo. It makes it difficult to apply as well. However, I ordered more for Christmas gifts along with the Sandalwood (A scent I normally love) I received it and the smell actually made me nauseous and gave me a horrible headache. I never used it (for obvious reasons) and contacted them to return or exchange for more blueberry. I got a response immediately just to ask me a few questions and comments about how "my happiness is so important to them" blah blah blah. I answered them right away...then nothing. (even though they claim to respond in one day) Days went by and STILL nothing. I've now sent a total of 6 emails and 2 phone calls and am now feeling like this is a total scam. The return policy is 30 days so I think maybe they're just trying to drag it out beyond this so they're off the hook. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My next step is the BBB.
