When we first moved to Phoenix, we ordered from Hungry Howies multiple time. Not great pizza but cheap and decent. Then about 4 years ago the price started to climb and the quality dropped. We received pizzas that were raw dough in the middle. We decided to give them another shot...its been years, right and you would think they may have improved. WRONG!!With friends over to celebrate new years day, my son ordered over $60 in Pizza etc. When it was delivered, it was incomplete. They refused to deliver the rest of the order so my son went to pick it up. Admittedly, we should have checked the quality of the rest of the pizzas before he made the trip but we didn't. When he got home, we realized we had pizzas that has been baked to a char. Nothing was edible.Even the Howies bread that had been missing and that they remade was over baked just shy of being charred. The store was non-responsive and blamed doordash...I was not aware that doordash had ovens in their delivery cars! If you want to waste your money on inedible food, this is the place for you...if you want to get food you can actually eat, stay away from Hungry Howies on east Thomas in Phoenix AZ!
