I purchased a jar of their tallow, which we used to get from the butchers. Over time, we switched to oil for health reasons, but nothing compares to the flavor of tallow, especially for dishes like steak, chicken, and Sunday roasts. When I found this product, I was curious if it would bring back those flavors, and it did! The steak was more flavorful, the chicken improved, and the Sunday roast reminded me of my dad's cooking. Although we don’t use a chip pan, oven chips still tasted great with it. I ordered a second jar, which unfortunately got lost in transit, but the company promptly sent a replacement. Surprisingly, the original jar arrived two weeks later, giving me an extra one at no additional cost—a rare gesture! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their products.
