I purchased a juicer from Hurom expecting a premium product and customer service to match the price. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
When my juicer developed an issue that should have been covered under warranty, I submitted a warranty claim and attempted to contact customer service multiple times. Despite following their process and providing the requested information, I received only automated responses and no resolution.
Because I was unable to get any help directly from the company after numerous attempts, I ultimately had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau just to try to get their attention. Still nothing.
For a brand that positions itself as a high-end cold press juicer company, the lack of support is extremely frustrating. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it, and in this case the support simply hasn’t been there.
I’m not sure what else to do. The juicer won’t work with the piece that broke and I had it less than a year.
