I bought a juicer from hurom directly. The quality is extremely poor – it leaves thick pulp and is not fit for purpose. I contacted the company immediately, but despite sending 9 emails, videos and explanations, they refuse to refund me, claiming that because I unpacked it I cannot return it.This is not correct under UK consumer law. Customers have the right to return goods that are of unsatisfactory quality or not fit for purpose within 30 days (Consumer Rights Act 2015). I feel ignored and dismissed despite my repeated attempts to resolve this.I am left with a product I cannot use and a company unwilling to follow UK law. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
