No communication, long questionable redemption policies, are concerning

Enjoyed everything about this casino, with one glaring and unacceptable, at least in my opinion, exception. Played for a couple hours on my first visit and capped it off with a very nice win. My KYC had already been completed so when I went to redeem all that was necessary according to the site was to verify my account. Not really sure once my identity is verified exactly what verifying my account involved, but they said it should be done in 1 to 2 days. Waited 36 hrs checked the account, but nothing had changed and I couldn't redeem yet. Decided to play a little bit with the winnings, lost a little but nothing major, went back the next day, still nothing done, long story short it took me over a week for an account with my KYC done at the beginning to cash out. I tried to use live support, gave up after half hour of waiting, the second try at live support resulted in the same wait, however I did receive a response saying someone would check into. 16 hrs later no update, so I responded to the message explaining my frustration. No responses, no action, logging in daily to redeem but not being able too. I never did receive a response to my emails, live support queries, finally on the 8th day I logged in and could cash out. Delaying payouts such as this is common practice amongst less than reputable casinos, as logging in with a balance you have won, increases the likelihood they will win back some of their money, and they did. By taking advantage of being a sweepstakes casino, tactics such as this can be done without the concerns a licensed and regulated casino would face. They did pay me after the week, which is why I gave 2 stars, ones are reserved only for the growing numbers of sweepstakes casinos, that have decided they just won't pay you period. Just disappointed terribly with the whole process, 8 days to verify something that was done day one, no communication, no concern for the customers inconvenience. It left me disappointed because the games are good, the layout of the casino is great, unfortunately what was an enjoyable experience that resulted in a steady customer, many referrals, and positive reviews ended with me questioning either their competency or their ethics, hopefully it's the first as mistakes and lack of communication can be fixed fairly easily,
