This is the first time I have ever been stiffed by any casino whatsoever.. I really thought this was gonna be a great place to play until I hit a fairly large amount off their daily bonus, but I hit the play through and went to redeem and tried to redeem and even though my profile and account is verified… They told me they had to re-verify it within 24 to 48 hours.
That has now turned into weeks.. I’ve sent numerous messages email with no response. Nothing at all. I mean, this is bad business practice.. But the funny thing is, they will still let you deposit money.. If this site doesn’t want to pay people, then it needs to be taken off the Internet.. if I don’t get a response within the next few days, I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is a scam then and it needs to go off-line.
