What a Disappointment! The system is down! Recent reviews confirm this service is awful. It has never functioned correctly! I've been waiting and emailing for a refund for a year! They quickly send out irrelevant promotional emails, yet support is nowhere to be found. I've discovered a far superior service that actually offers CUSTOMER SERVICE! This service is dreadful and they have proven my point after a year. Please send me my refund!

No Support After Payment

They promoted a holiday deal allowing you to renew a friend's membership for a year with an added bonus of three months for your account. I never received the extra three months, and my friend got only six instead of twelve. I've tried contacting them three times via email and their social media, but received no acknowledgment. They swiftly accept payments, making it nearly impossible to reverse the charge with your bank. They take your money but don't support their product.

Mixed Feelings After Limited Trial

I gave 3 stars because I’ve used it for about an hour. I had a 24-hour trial that started in the evening, and I was away during business hours the next day. This service might deserve better, but like others, they lack strong support. My previous subscription ended unexpectedly, and by the time I got a discounted offer from this service, I had already subscribed to another that was just okay. I received a quick trial, but it wasn't long enough. I had issues downloading the app due to memory constraints. Once downloaded, it worked well for a short time, but I had trouble accessing channels and the interface was challenging. I’m unsure if I’ll subscribe since the trial was too brief. I may request another trial for a longer period to evaluate better.

I paid for a one-month service but struggled for three days to download it, without success. Initially, support responded, but now I only received a welcome email and nothing else. Lesson learned! SCAMMERS! Don't waste your money! Apparently, refunds don’t exist!

They Are Scammers

Make no mistake, they are scammers! They previously operated under another name. Initially, I enjoyed their service, but they ran a major promotion to exploit unsuspecting customers. After taking the money, they cut off all contact and content, essentially disappearing.

This company obtained my email through an employee without my consent. Despite unsubscribing multiple times and directly requesting to stop contacting me, they continue to send spam. It's absolutely unacceptable.

I paid for a subscription and received a username and password that didn’t work. I submitted multiple support tickets without any response. My tickets remain open three weeks later, and I can't use the service. I've canceled but still have not heard from the company, with no support or FAQs available.
