They delivered what I asked for, they got started even though it was at 2am in the middle of christmas-time. The only thing bringing it down 1 star was the fact that it took a bit longer than the estimated time. It's not a big deal. There was a server-shutdown on wow so that took away some hours of gameplay.Excellent service-people.Highly recommend.
