However, after payment, I received hidden Terms of Service indicating that the VPN is not available with the standard speed and is restricted to Premium/VIP packages. This crucial information was not clearly presented before checkout, which is misleading under consumer protection laws. When I raised these concerns, the company canceled my order, offered an 85% refund instead of a full one, blocked all communication, and claimed the refund would take 10 days. I never consented to any partial refund. This reflects a lack of transparency and unfair business practices. With many similar negative experiences reported by both customers and unpaid service providers, this platform is untrustworthy. I cannot recommend it. My previous purchases were satisfactory three years ago, but now it feels like a scam.
