Used Hutchins Law (introduced via broker Onthemoov) to sell our property and had good service from Jasmine. Sale was slower than hoped due to delays from the buyer side but Jasmine was fast and attentive and always responded promptly by email (also available by phone if needed).
The work was well-priced with no significant cost increases. My only quibble was having to pay an additional telegraphic transfer fee (which was not made clear in the quote for the work) as I was charged an additional £60 for the solicitors to pay the estate agents' fees from sale proceeds, something I could have done myself in less than one minute at zero cost!
