I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Hutsy. I was unexpectedly charged $120 without clearly authorizing it. At no point during the signup process was the billing amount or subscription fee clearly disclosed — and if it was mentioned at all, it was buried or misleading. This feels like a deceptive practice.To make matters worse, I didn’t even end up using any of the services or benefits offered, and I later found out that the app doesn't even support my bank — making the entire sign-up pointless.When I reached out to customer service, I was told the charge was valid. But again, I never knowingly agreed to a $120 fee. I’ve now requested a full refund and stated that if it's not issued within 24 hours, I will escalate this through formal consumer protection channels (FTC, CFPB, and my State Attorney General), and dispute the charge with my bank.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up. Make sure to read everything very carefully — if you can even find the fine print.
