I am writing to share a serious concern regarding my recent experience with the huurportaal.nl portal and to strongly advise other users to exercise extreme caution when interacting with their services.I was incorrectly charged for services that I neither requested nor authorized. Furthermore, when I immediately submitted a cancellation request minutes after the unauthorized charge was processed, the request was not fulfilled. To compound the issue, my subsequent refund request was rejected, despite the fact that I notified them almost instantly after the charge appeared on my account.I urge all users to be extremely careful with huurportaal.nl, as they appear to be charging users without consent and failing to process valid cancellation and refund requests.Please take care and monitor your accounts closely when using this platform.
