I ordered two heat pump combos from this seller, amounting to over 14k in parts. Sadly, they mishandled my order at every turn. When I was building the kit on their platform, it only presented incorrect options for the thermostat and line sets. I opted to call instead, and the representative assured me that the chosen thermostat would work and that the correct line sizes were selected. Trusting their advice, I placed the order.
Upon arrival, it was evident that the items were incorrect. I spent countless hours explaining to their technicians why a specific thermostat wouldn't be compatible with a certain heat pump system. Eventually, they accepted the return. They also seemed unaware of the necessary downflow kit for the air handler.
After returning the line set, they sent me a replacement that lacked insulation on the liquid line, which is a requirement. I had already paid for insulation with my initial purchase. Furthermore, one set was entirely missing the liquid line. I had to return it again and seek solutions elsewhere.
In summary, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not choose to work with them again.
