I bought a 48000Btu minisplit from this seller. Three weeks later, one of the cassettes stopped working, showing an error code FH-07. They claimed that their technical support and the manufacturer’s were the same. I was advised to call a technician for diagnosis, after which they'd cover the part, but I’d still have to pay for installation and repairs. For a $30 part, this could total around $1000 to fix. If this issue recurs every three weeks, the overall cost over ten years could reach $170,000. I am dissatisfied and considering small claims court or hiring an attorney.
