I made a deposit for a trade scheduled on Tuesday, 9/12/25 via mobile money. Unfortunately, it failed, yet the deducted amount is not showing on my account. Today is Thursday, 11/12/25. I've reached out to customer support multiple times with evidence, but all I hear is to be patient, as the finance team is addressing the issue. I'm exhausted from waiting.
The Gold contest seems problematic; we haven't even been participating for a full day, yet some individuals have increased their amounts from $10k to over $6m. This appears to promote gambling rather than actual trading. It would be beneficial for the company to establish rules to prevent such gambling behavior.
It's best not to waste your time or money on this broker; it's nothing short of a scam! 😁 They are preventing me from withdrawing my deposited funds. I can already anticipate the typical excuse they will provide, just like other brokers. However, as a Day Trader, I feel the spread on Currency Pairs could be improved; a tighter spread would be beneficial, as many brokers offer spreads between 0.3 to 0.5 Pips. Additionally, the mobile app does not support the IB Dashboard, requiring users to log into the website to access it, which should be addressed.
Avoid investing time or money in this broker; it's a scam at its worst! I'm unable to withdraw my deposited funds, and I expect a typical excuse like all brokers provide. Be cautious with this broker; they promise low deposits but vanish with your money.
