Warning Cheyne Walk Northampton NN1 5PUI entered this car park and parked in the spaces behind the building. The only access to the parking area is from the entrance off Cheyne Walk. I paid the fee in accordance with sign on the wall.,, never gave it a second thought...and went to see my new daughters new born twins at Northampton Hospital. BUT HX Car Park operates the parking in front of the building! As I drove round to the rear car park there was no signage to tell me there would be an issue. I appealed as I thought this is quite unfair...and appealed through IAS... a complete waste of time and appeal rejected. So £100 later... I am left angry and frustrated. HX Car Park Management are shysters and... the Independent Appeals Service is a joke!!!
