Spanish city whitlybay Parked in disabled bay put up badge like you do and then get a fine if you havnt used this carpark before and don't know the workings of it as I didn't see anything say I had to put details in a machine ? New to me surly the machine should be put at disabled bays not at the far end were you had to walk to ?? It's not rocket science 🙄
