If you see a car park run by these crooks then stay well clear.If see one of their car parks just stay clear, I followed all signage paid for my parking by phone only option there was. Then got a £60 PCN. Which I then appealed followed the process required HX Car Park Management come up with images of signage that were not on display in the car park, just a digital image. My appeal was dismissed by the appeal my only other option would have been to go legal. I did not have the time or money so I have had to pay a £100 . On top of my original parking fee of £13.00. How can this be legal they using loopholes to get away with legal Robbery.
