I think charging Blue Badge Holders is a disgrace, and then not displaying the signs near the disabled bays so that blue badge holders can see them. I am extremely disappointed that North Tyneside Council has made the decision to use such an unscrupulous company to manage the car park of one of their most prestigious sites.
