Not interested in your financial situation, all the staff you speak to are rude but I suppose why would they have good customer service skills when they don’t need it, they are just there to take money off you...must be great telling people you work for this company! they don’t care or ask if you are struggling with bills especially with the current situation, they just send you to solicitors that add on £60 that then send threatening letters, the solicitors are just as bad! Greedy scamming company that unfortunately are still running and charging extortionate fines!
