I am staying at the Hyatt Place in Anchorage, Alaska with nine friends. We are paying over USD 400 a night and the hotel is worse than a one star bed & breakfast. They do not make up the rooms unless you specifically ask them (and then they forget), the cutlery in the restaurant is all plastic (definitely not ecological) and the selection of food in the restaurant is pretty poor. However, the staff are nice but there is clearly a problem with under staffing.A most disappointing experience and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel of this supposed quality
