I emailed them over the bank holiday weekend not expecting a response but within minutes Levi responded. I then received communication (via Whatsapp) from Jay literally first thing Tuesday morning and we had been scheduled in for a virtual tour of a property. Within a few hours we had the perfect accommodation pretty much secured. We just had to sign the contract etc online and that was it. A very easy process.
