I placed an order on Nov 29. They deducted the payment on Dec 1. Now it's Dec 10, and my package hasn't shipped yet. The tracking on their app always states it can't be reached. I reach out via email and get excuses instead of solutions. I requested a refund and have not received it. They take your money and send your order whenever they choose, leaving you powerless. Please avoid this service... I still don't have a shipping tracking number.
