I accepted compensation and was told it will take 10 working days. I received the Payit link 14 days later. The complaint ref number did not work. No matter what I tried
Customer service said I can wait another 10 working days for another link or ask for a form and it can take 28 working days.
As its likely the link wont work again I have no option but the form. Customer service tell me its impossible to get the department who sent the link to just send another despite them clearly seeing the link is closed. No matter what it will take another 10 working days. Payit links take under a minute to create.
The form is sent to complaintscompensation a day later im told it has been passed to the income team to deal with. So why not give me that address to begin with?
Rubbish service as always. Every thing they do is wrong since the day I moved in. They never do a single thing right.
They promise the compensation will not be added to my Hyde account balance I have yet to see if that's true or not as its a nasty habit they have.
