The assigned engineer claims to have called me at 10:25 AM. I received a call from a UK number, however, it was effectively a blank call, and no voicemail message was left. As I am based in Ireland, I was unable to return the call to a UK number. They claim that a voicemail was left which is incorrect, as I have checked my phone records and there was no message.
