The ordering process was quite frustrating. In mid-Nov 2025, I attempted to add items after placing my order and was repeatedly offered a 30-day supply of hydrogen tablets, which were then sent as a 90-day subscription. I assumed only one would be included in the total order, but instead, I received four 30-tablet packages. I quickly tried to log in to manage the subscription, as we certainly didn't need that many tablets, but couldn't access my account with either my or my husband's email. I reached out to customer service to request an immediate cancellation of all subscriptions, as we were unable to log in. They confirmed that everything was canceled, but never explained why neither of our emails worked. On Dec 5th, I noticed charges on both our PayPal accounts totaling three times $108+ for a 90-day supply of hydrogen tablets. I contacted the company again and received numerous apologies, with promises that the issue was resolved and that I would be refunded after returning the product. However, I would have to pay for return shipping, as they do not cover that cost. This seems unreasonable; any business that ships products should be prepared to handle return shipping when mistakes occur. I plan to dispute the transactions on PayPal, as I refuse to spend $80 on return shipping for items that should never have been sent to me. I specifically chose to order directly from the company rather than a third-party seller based on my research from independent reviews. I'm very disappointed. To add to my frustration, I just checked my email and discovered that the company sent out three more orders. Clearly, their customer service and assurances of fixing the issue were not genuine. I emailed customer service again and found a phone number, but it only directs you to email. Note to self: if a seller doesn't want to communicate directly, I should reconsider doing business with them.
