My experiences with this company have been exceptional. First I purchased two hydro bottles. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged. My husband and I started using them and, within two weeks, both of us noticed improvement with gut issues. He also experienced a noticeable reduction in arthritis pain. I dropped and broke the glass on my bottle, contacted customer service hoping to purchase just the glass. Amelia from customer service responded the next day to say they do not offer replacement parts and instead offered to replace the entire hydro bottle. I could not be more pleased with the product and the company.
